Mindful Music: Guided Horizons

Directed Music Imaging offers a structured, approach to enhancing wellbeing and emotional awareness. Through therapist-led visualisation supported by carefully selected music, participants are guided to explore inner imagery that fosters relaxation, creativity, and personal insight.

Each session concludes with time for reflection and integration—through discussion, creative expression, or a combination of both—helping participants translate their experience into practical wellbeing benefits, greater self-understanding, and promoting resilience (both personally and in the workplace).

Programmes are available as a 6-week series of 75 - 90 minute sessions, or as single or occasional sessions designed to meet individual or organisational needs.

Sessions can be delivered in-person or online, for individuals or groups of up to 10 participants.
