While I can’t offer emergency or crisis response, I do want you to feel supported.
If you’re an existing client and things are feeling particularly overwhelming, you’re welcome to contact me. I’ll gladly see whether we can arrange an extra session during my working hours and find a time that feels manageable for us both.

I currently work online only, offering therapy via Zoom, and my practice days are Tuesday to Thursday.
Although I’m not able to provide crisis support between sessions, I aim to offer a steady, supportive, and reliable therapeutic space within those working hours.
If you are an existing client and feel you need additional support, please reach out and we can explore arranging extra time together.
If you are reading this at a moment when things feel heavy, frightening, or overwhelming, please know that reaching out for support is a meaningful and important step.
There are people available to help you right now, and you deserve to be supported.
If you are seeking short or longer-term therapy, or would like to explore working together, I encourage you to contact me during my working days, or reach out for emergency support via one of the helplines above if needed.
